The following conditions apply to all contracts with Fitness Fashion. Conditions can without warning be developed and we therefore recommend that customers take some time to go through them with each purchase .
PRICES & FEES
Our prices are incl. VAT. On all orders under 500 SEK will be a fee to cover handling and shipping . The charge is 59 SEK and is the same regardless of the choice of delivery. At any Part-returns therefore the charge will not be repaid. NOTE! The delivery charge to countries outside of Scandinavia is 12 €/£.

Contract of purchase is made when you, the consumer receives an order confirmation e- mail from Fitness Fashion. One condition is that the customer has provided the accurate contact information in the e -mail address and physical address. Subject to final sale. If a delivery can not be effected due to goods are not stocked , it appears in your delivery confirmation where the goods are marked not delivered , and thus will not be charged to you .
We use Klarna as our payment partner. When paying via Klarna Checkout it is safe and easy and you can always contact Klarna Support if you have questions regarding your payment. With the help of Klarna, we can offer our consumers to pay by invoice, card or account / part payment. Klarna Support can be found HERE. We also use Paypal as an option. This option will be displayed automatically to customers in countries where Klarna is not applicable. When we see that you have paid your order on our account we will send you the order. Paypal support can be found HERE
Our goal is that the customer will receive delivery within 3-5 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on the amount of orders to dispatch and circumstances beyond the control of Fitness Fashion. We do not do part deliveries. When the customers order is shipped, the amount for the goods that have been sent is charged. When the goods are submitted for delivery a delivery confirmation is sent via email. Delivery confirmation tells you if the order is sent to a collection point or directly to your home, depending on packet size. If the goods are sent to a distribution point, you get an SMS notification with details of where your order can be picked up, provided you have entered a valid Swedish mobile number. Otherwise, you will receive a notification in your mail telling you that the shipment has arrived to your closest Post office.
The package is sent by Posten and can be traced through a link with the order tracking number. The link is sent to your specified email address, but can also be tracked using the parcel number or shipment number.
We will send all packages Swedish Post (Posten). If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation to the customer, Fitness Fashion is liable. However, you must notify our Customer within a reasonable time (2 months) if the goods are damaged or are lost when you returned it. As a customer, you are responsible for payment toward your current bill until the matter is resolved.
PACKAGE NOT PICKED UP
All packages that are not picked up will be charged a fee of 250 SEK. The charge reflects the cost of fee, return shipping and handling. If you change your mind when the package was sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery and return it to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as non-Picked and charged accordingly.
You can cancel or return your order until 14 days after receipt of your ordered goods. If you have been charged for the goods you will receive a refund including the Fitness Fashions Standard delivery cost. If you choose to retain certain goods and only partially return your order, the shipping cost is not refundable. Our only requirement is that the product is returned in original condition, unused with all labels.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT
Naturally we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a returns policy in accordance with the legislated cooling-off period. This applies from the date you received your order. The only stipulation is that products are returned in their original unused condition with all the labels attached. Please note that unless you have received incorrect goods, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product(s).
In order to return part of or the entire order, please include a note in the package that lists the order number, your name, reason for returning the product(s) and the bank account number you wish the refund to be paid into. For customers outside Sweden you have to pay for the return yourself. And also you have to care for toll and vat fees if you are about to return the clothes.
Certain items (eg bikini items and swimwear) are exempted from the right to return and change due to hygienic reasons. These items are delivered in a sealed plastic bag.
When there is a discount you will not be able to return the clothes, so make sure you really want them and that you picked the right size.
NB! Customers are liable for costs arising from returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
NOTE ! Transport Risk lies with the customer . This means that the consumer is required to pay for the items lost or damaged in transit back to Fitness Fashion. Always ask for a receipt from your agent when you make a return to us. In this way, the shipment is always traceable .

Replacing goods is free. If you want to exchange your item for another size or color, please send back the item/s to us in full and complete the enfolded return form. Add the return form in the package returned to us. Do not forget to write REPLACEMENT as return reason and what size / color you want to change to. Use the enclosed return shipping label form. If you wish to switch to another product we ask you instead to return the item and place a new order for the item you want. Please note that it may take up to 10 days before we signed that we received your goods in return.
We charge a handling fee of 59 SEK/NOK/DKK , 5,90 €/$/£ for replacements.
We take responsibility for obvious material or production faults of goods delivered from fitnessfashion.se. We follow the Consumer Agency’s regulations on the complaint of clothing products. The invoice amount is adjusted as soon as the return is received by fitnessfashion.se and we notify Klarna or PayPal . Please note that it may take up to 10 days before we signed that we received your goods in return. Refund / adjustment of the return is made within 30 days after the return has been registered. Any errors can certainly be claimed . Please note that returns can only be sent back to Fitness Fashion by mail .
FAILURE TO BE DELIVERED
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately for complaints of goods. You can reach us at email@example.com . Our goal is that all issues should be dealt with within 72 hours during weekdays .
Fitness Fashion is responsible as a data controller for the personal data you provide to us in connection with the purchase. The personal data submitted to Fitness Fashion when purchasing used for signing and implementation of supply, to maintain our customer relationships as well as for marketing activities conducted by Fitness Fashion. To carry out the orders it is necessary to disclose information to third parties. Fitness Fashion submit personal information to carriers for performing delivery and notification. Fitness Fashion not sell or transfer personal data for marketing to other companies. You, the customer has the right to request a transcript to verify the information that is registered with Fitness Fashion on you. To get your data, you can turn to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not dispatch orders to persons under 18 years. By law, you must be of legal age to conclude an agreement.
We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in the image or text. Any dispute is referred to the Consumer Complaints. Fitness Fashion always follow the Board’s recommendations.
